MBI Plus Electric Website Design Case Study
MBI Plus Electric is a high-end electrical company that services commercial and residential clients in East Hampton, New York. MBI Plus Electric hired Bootstrap Websites to build an upgraded website that was SEO optimized, mobile-friendly, and sales focused. The old website had a poor layout that was difficult for visitors to navigate and the design was outdated and unappealing. Because of this, the website struggled to generate leads and customers. After careful analysis, the Bootstrap team put together a plan to turn the MBI Plus Electric website into a lead machine.
01 Improved Conversion Rate
We improved the site's call-to-action buttons and made it easy and enticing for people to inquire about MBI Plus Electric's services. To accomplish this, we added "Free Estimate" and "Service Request" buttons throughout the website. We also added "Free Estimate" contact forms to high-traffic pages on the website. Our goal was to make these buttons and forms visible at all times. In addition, we prominently displayed the company's phone number on the website to encourage more phone inquiries.
02 Improved Website Layout
The old website was unorganized and difficult to navigate which caused visitors to quickly abandon the site. In order to make the website more appealing and easier to navigate, we redesigned the home page and interior pages giving the site a nice, modern look. Next, we added powerful headlines to each page and converted wordy paragraphs into easy-to-read bullet points. Lastly, we added high resolution images in order to showcase MBI Plus Electric's premium electrical services.
03 Built Trust With Visitors
